App could be better
App does not allow me to save my password. The app has to be used in portrait mode. Rate on high-yield acct has dropped too low, we will be transferring these funds to another institution. The checking account was good while it lasted, but due to retirement we no longer will meet the requirements of the acct. Thanks for asking.

Slow pending time
Purchase five items and it takes 4-5 days for the app to catch up to the accurate current/availabpe balance sometimes longer.
Midwest One Bank online tool
I hate to say it but Midwest One Bank app is not great compared to other banks.
I find that Chase Bank has the best app. Midwest One Bank’s is poor compared to Chase.
It shouldn’t be so difficult that you end up going into to your branch or calling you bank tech dept because something isn’t working correctly or it’s a blocked. I’ve spent more time going into Midwest one bank in 3 months then in over 30 years with Chase bank.

They’ve always gone above and beyond all my expectations whenever I needed anything, and Jerrica has helped me when I first opened my account. I watched her grow as she became a manager. She’s so awesome, & If I need anything they always go above all expectations, they’re all so nice and I’ve never had any problems at all. Cannot login with new phone
Have not been able to login with new iPhone 16. It just spins. It’s still spinning now. Had to login from my computer. I would post a picture if it were allowed here. The IOS is up to date.

I am very surprised your app only works in portrait mode on my new iPad? Only app I have that is limited like this. Please upgrade so users can read and write in landscape mode also.
Difficult to sign in
Face ID has never worked for me, and it’s very difficult to use password managers in the MWO app.

I am constantly getting errors when trying to use your app on my apple devices. App will not auto orient on my IPad. Initial login I always get an error where transactions cannot be loaded. I have to log out and log back in every time to get transactions to load.

Multiple sign-ins are frustrating
I use these accounts frequently but I often have to sign in again and again to conduct my important business, why does this happen? Is it necessary?
