Have a SIM card sitting inside a MiFi, a home 4G router, or a travel hotspot? MiFi SIM Connect lets you use that SIM right from your iPhone or iPad — read and send its texts, check its balance, and view its contacts — without ever moving the SIM. Your phone simply talks to the router over your own WiFi, the same way the router's settings page does. Nothing leaves your network: no cloud, no account, no servers in between. Because the app never touches your iPhone's own SIM or carrier, it works exactly the same whether your iPhone is SIM-locked, locked to a carrier, eSIM-only, or has no SIM at all — and on WiFi-only iPads too. LOCKED TO A CARRIER? NO PROBLEM. The SIM you're using lives in the router, not in your phone — so a SIM-locked or carrier-locked iPhone is no obstacle. There's nothing to unlock and nothing to bypass: your phone is just a WiFi client, and the router holds the SIM. It works today with Huawei "HiLink" routers and MiFis (B612, B311, B535, E5576, E5783, E8372 and more), and now with ZTE MiFis (MF920, MF79U, MF833) and Teltonika routers (RUT240, RUT955). Carrier-locked hotspots that expose no local controls can't be supported by any app — and we say so, rather than failing silently.
