What's New in miFitnessApp

1.2

August 1, 2026

This is our biggest update yet — cardio tracking gets a lot smarter, the widget is now fully customizable, and dozens of small annoyances are fixed. Smarter Cardio Tracking Added Elliptical, Rowing Machine, Swimming, Jump Rope, Biking, Incline Treadmill Walk, Hiking, Jogging, and Jacob's Ladder. Each activity now tracks what actually matters — Steps for Stairmaster, Jumps for Jump Rope, Strokes for Rowing, Laps for Swimming — reflected in logging, trends, and your calendar view. Cardio Trends also got a "5 Years" option, tap-and-hold to see exact values on the chart, and much smoother trend lines. Fully Customizable Widget Pick exactly what your Home Screen widget shows — today's weight, next goal, streak, active days, muscle groups, cardio — in small, medium, or large. Lock Screen widgets included. Learn As You Go Every exercise now has a quick link to a tutorial video, plus a direct jump to that exercise's trend chart. More Control Over Your Data Rename any exercise or muscle group and your history updates automatically. About 40 additional exercises added across every muscle group. A new "Find & Remove Duplicates" tool in Settings helps clean up any old duplicate entries. Cleaner Logging Collapse exercises you're not focused on, hide advanced stats behind a "Pro Stats" button, and new days start with a clean slate. Performance & Reliability Major speed improvements across the app — Cardio Trends, Summary, and everyday logging should all feel noticeably snappier. Fixed several bugs where streak counts, active-day counts, and trend charts could show inconsistent numbers. Also Fixed - Trends button occasionally opening the wrong exercise's chart - Cardio Trends missing data for the "3 Months" view - Widget showing stale data after switching apps - Various layout and unit-conversion issues
