MifugoCare

Finally, a herd management app designed for small and medium dairy farmers. No complexity. No spreadsheets. Just the tools you need. If you have 1 to 50 cows, you know the challenges of dairy farming. You need to track which cows are producing well, remember vaccination schedules, know when to dry off each cow, and never miss a breeding window. But you don't need enterprise software designed for thousand-cow operations. MifugoCare is built specifically for you. Why MifugoCare? Most farm management apps are either too simple (just a notebook) or too complex (designed for industrial farms). MifugoCare hits the sweet spot—powerful enough to replace your notebooks and spreadsheets, yet simple enough to use while milking. The name "Mifugo" means "livestock" in Swahili, honoring the hardworking dairy farmers across East Africa who inspired this app. Know Each Cow, Personally Track every cow in your herd with individual profiles: Basic Info: Name, ear tag number, breed, date of birth Lifecycle Stages: Automatically track where each cow is in her cycle Newborn calf Weaning Growth Breeding In-Calf Heifer Calving Production (milking) Culling/Dry-off Location Tracking: Know which cows are in which barn or pasture Photo Support: Add photos to help identify each animal Track Milk Production Simply Know exactly how much each cow is producing: Daily Milk Logging: Quick entry for morning and evening milkings Per-Cow Records: See individual production at a glance Total Herd Production: Know your daily, weekly, and monthly totals Identify Top Producers: See which cows are your best performers Spot Problems Early: Sudden drops in production signal health issues Simple Quality Tracking: Optional fields for fat %, protein %, and SCC No complex charts.
