I like the app. The interface between my iTunes subscription for weekly VIP status sometimes goes off on its own. Says I am not subscribed when I am, and the game freezes up on me cause me to reinstall the game to play again.
Sad User
I have enjoyed this game for over 4 years. My first account was on sever NA1. I have found the gaming experience to be very immersive and worth a 5 star rating. Not all is perfect by any means. The various factions are not well balanced, but I have still been able to play the game and have fun. Recently I made a mental mistake. I want to purchase a unit and inadvertently selected the wrong unit. I had saved resources for over 6 weeks and therefore asked Customer Support if they could swap the units out. In their response they were nice but basically said not going to do it. Over the years I have spent about a $1000USD on this game, more than any other mobile game. To be said no when they have the ability is to me piss poor customer support and loyalty. So for that I give them a 0 for customer support and a 2 overall. At least my checking account is happy.

Too many mini events.
There are too many mini events and not enough time to complete them all without devoting my whole day to the game, or spending exorbitant amounts of money.
Recommendation
My server is not populated at all. Need to merge servers together for more interaction. I’ll give the game another 14 days but if the social aspect doesn’t pick up I’ll quit.

I was playing yesterday with restrictions, but today I can’t play because of restrictions

A really fun concept, and a great game. The linking system is broken. Without the ability to link. You’re basically waisting your time because I was eventually wiped from all of my progress. I even spent money like an idiot. I really liked this game. I normally don’t give reviews. This is my first. Devs, understand what that means, and please fix this?

Stupid game system
Who da F**** came up with the energy system? I’m fine with spending a bit to buy energy, but each vip level only increase the chance to buy energy once. Stupid system. I hate waiting. I’m probably going to quit in a couple of days because of this stupid system. I have always been fine with spending in game, but too much greed ruins a perfectly good idea of a game. Lame
