It can never work ever
I have been trying over and over and over again to login and connect and it never works
For the love of God please fix this app
For the amount of money this music player costs, the app is absolute garbage. It won’t sync, it won’t reconnect to Amazon Music, it keeps disconnecting even while you are still in the app and next to the music player…it shouldn’t be this difficult. I’ve had these music players for over 2 years and the app is still trash.

Very poor reliability
If the app works (which is less than 50% of the time), the process to add songs and playlists is tedious and incredibly long. Usually, there are one or more issues that prevent me from even doing that! Most recently, I can’t even log into the app because the Sign in with Apple function doesn’t work. This app has wasted so many hours of my time. To top it off, they are not going to support Spotify next year…save your money and get a different audio player for your kids!

Horrible
Simply doesn’t work well, and most of the time not at all. it takes eons to download songs to the point where there’s no point in having the Mighty. Now we also can’t get connected to each child’s account. What we did take hours to download suddenly disappeared. extremely frustrating for everyone. They also don’t offer phone support so you have to go back and forth over email. Lovely idea, but extremely poor execution. Look elsewhere.

LITERALLY A SCAM
These were so expensive and were our big Christmas present for our kids. They work maybe 20 percent of the time. One of the most frustrating and faulty pieces of technology I’ve ever owned. Do not fall for the beautiful marketing. The app and the software is horrendous.
