Mighty Indeed
Clean, intuitive, and very functional!
The layout is clean and easy to understand. There are hints, color tags, bookmarks, and stars to track cards within decks and subjects and multiple ways to sort cards and to organize decks.
A critical feature for me was the import which allowed me to create 622 flashcards from a spreadsheet in less than 5 minutes. There are multiple import options and the process is quick, easy and well-documented.
The developer is very responsive and working on adding even more.
Very happy with this purchase.
Easy to make flashcards
Export not working on iPad
After I updated everything is great, thanks!
Response from developer
I sincerely apologize that you are experiencing an issue importing and exporting between devices. It appears the version you are using is 5.0.0. The latest version 7.1.0 contains many updates to the import and export features. Could you please update the app on both devices and try again? If that does not work, then please contact me at mighty.flashcards@gmail.com so I can help resolve this issue ASAP. Thank you for your time and patience.
Best notecard app! A million times better than quizlet.
This app does it all. You can write with your Apple Pencil, draw pictures, type, or even record your voice.
The biggest benefit is the games. You can quiz yourself with multiple choice or matching games with your cards. It helps me study SO much.
Bullseye!

Thanks.

Hello Karogo07, Thank you for the review and feedback! Sync is definitely a feature I plan to work on and hope to release in the near future. Thank you for using Studium!
UPDATED - Well designed, lots of features, REALLY organizeable
The app really lets you organize your decks well. You can even drag them around to reorder them.
You can draw on cards. (Apple Pencil is glitchy in this app, but I have emailed the developer about this. UPDATE: It appears to have been resolved in the last update.)
Lots of great features.
Cons:
Sort of unclear how the spaced repetition algorithm (if any) works. I wish there were more info about the algorithm it uses, so I know what to expect. Right now I have to sort of keep track that I’ll go back and review something in a week, etc. Hopefully this will be resolved in an update.
Cannot currently sync via iCloud between iPad and iPhone. UPDATE: The developer said he’ll try to work syncing into a future update.
Overall:
Very, very intuitive to use.
Beautiful design. Makes the popular Anki Flashcards app look like a Windows 95 program.
Beats the Chegg app that I’ve been using so far. I ditched Chegg for this app because of the ability to organize decks a lot better, and the ability to draw/write on FlashCards (hopefully just a little less buggy in the upcoming future).
I hope the developer will maintain the app for a while to come. Great potential!
UPDATE: I found a workaround to syncing. You can select multiple subjects, and hit the share button. I then use AirDrop to send them to my iPhone. This works for the time being.
Sub-folder or sub-deck feature required

Best Ever
Just what I wanted!
Promising app but execution and support is poor

Hello “Not a player guy”, Thank you for taking the time to write this review. I apologize for having an unfriendly CSV import feature and confusing documentation/support around it. Please know that I have updated Studium with some improvements that I hope help address the issues you mentioned. • The import feature is now more robust and can handle some formatting issues that could have caused errors in previous versions. • The import help documentation and error messaging are more specific and helpful. • When an import error does occur, the error message now includes a direct link to the help section. • The help section now contains a button that allows you to send me a direct email with the import error included. • The Studium App Store description and Twitter page now both include a contact/support email. I hope that you give Studium another chance. I’d love to hear what you think of these improvements as well as any ideas on how to make it easier to add cards. Please feel free to contact me at studium.flashcards@gmail.com. - Daniel
Doesn't suit my needs

Hello Ahikanana, Thank you so much for the feedback. My apologies for having a difficult to use shuffle feature in version 1.3.0. I am happy to say that the current version of Studium (3.0.0) now has a simple shuffle button and the ability to study cards in fullscreen with no toolbars (just pinch outward on a card!). I'd love to hear what you think of the improvements and new features! - Daniel
