Terrible App
This app is insanely glitchy and terrible to use
Very bad experience with email promotion and app
I received an email telling me there were “last minute” openings. I had tried mighty Pilates and did like their studio but the cost was high so I was very interested in this offer. Turns out it appears I need to download the app to see the offer, ok, I am on my work desktop which isn’t apple, so I try again on my iPad. I download the app and it doesn’t work at all, not just for the offer, I can’t do anything on the app. If mighty Pilates is wondering why it’s studio is not taking off, they might want to look into their partners as I am an interested client who has tried the service and would try again but they make it pretty tough. I do wish them luck as it is a beautiful studio - just need the value equation to make sense and reduce frustrating experiences

App needs improvement
The app is indeed frustrating to navigate. Each time I open a page it appears blank and I need to swipe down to ‘refresh’ the page and see content. Weird.
Also, I downloaded the app but logged out after a week or so because I could not remember my password so I decided to reset it through the desktop instead of through the app. I went to my desktop and reset the password on my desktop. It works great. When I try to log into the Mighty Pilates app, powered through Mindbody, the app doesn’t accept the user or password. I can’t log into the app.
Any solution to the sign-in issue?

The App Hurts The Studio
This app is so frustrating to use that it hurts my experience with an otherwise great pilates studio. It rarely opens without an error message. When it does finally open it won't load without the user manually pulling screens down. If you finally gain access to, for example, the class selection screen and try to select a class the app pulls from the wrong package and you have to enlist the help of the WONDERFUL staff to fix what the app screwed up. This horrible app takes so much away from the studio that it might be the ruin of it. It is definitely making me want to NOT try to use it which means I don't get the classes I want which means I don't want to go to the studio. Ugh.

MP and their app are the best!
Love this studio! And the app makes managing my classes so easy! Love how it offers immediate calendar reminders for my iCal- major time saver for me. Allows for quick schedule review as well as ability to cancel and re-book as needed, within policy--so simple. Lots more...Check it out!
