About

Migraine Tracker is a low-friction migraine and headache log for the moments when a long diary is too much. Save the essential event with one tap when a migraine starts. The app records the time and keeps the event open so you can put your phone down. Add details later when you feel better, or leave the timestamp-only record as it is. WHAT YOU CAN DO - Save a migraine or headache with the current time - Keep an attack open until it ends - Mark medication taken without stopping to fill out a form - Add severity, duration, response, impact, or a short note later - Review recent events in a simple history - See a neutral 30-day summary of migraine days, headache days, medication days, and missing details - Share a plain-text summary when you want to prepare for an appointment BUILT FOR REAL MIGRAINE DAYS There is no required questionnaire before saving. Incomplete records remain useful. The interface is designed for low stimulation, large touch targets, and minimal decisions. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Your records are saved on your device first and work fully without a network connection. There is no account of any kind, and no subscription or in-app purchase. If you are signed in to iCloud, your records can also sync privately through your own iCloud account. That sync is between your devices and Apple, and no server of ours ever receives it. Sharing is always an explicit action you start. This app is a personal tracking and organization tool. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or predict any medical condition. Talk with your healthcare professional about diagnosis and treatment decisions.
