About
Your log stays on your phone. No account, no ads, no analytics on your health data.
Quiet Room is a migraine diary built for the moment an attack starts: one tap on a dark screen, and the attack is logged. Add the rest later, or never.
ONE TAP IN THE DARK
Log an attack from the app, the Lock Screen widget, Control Center or Siri. The screen stays dark and quiet.
AN ATTACK IS A TIMELINE, NOT A FORM
Add the pain level, medication doses, symptoms, triggers and where it hurts on a head map, each with its own time. Attacks that last days, and several attacks in one day, are recorded as they happened.
THE REPORT YOUR DOCTOR ASKS FOR
Export a PDF with a monthly calendar, each attack's timeline and doses, the count of days with acute medication, and which medicines helped. Share it before the appointment.
HISTORY AND PATTERNS
A calendar and a list of attacks, time of day, weekdays, the most frequent symptoms and triggers, and one head map for the period.
AIR PRESSURE
If you allow it, the air pressure where you are is looked up in Apple Weather when an attack starts, with how much it moved in the day before. Patterns and the report count how many attacks followed falling, steady or rising pressure. Only a rounded place goes to Apple Weather.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Everything is stored on your device. Back up to a file you keep.
Quiet Room records what you enter and counts it. It does not diagnose and does not give medical advice.
QUIET ROOM PLUS
After a 7-day free trial, Quiet Room needs a subscription, monthly or yearly, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Logging from the Lock Screen and your backup keep working either way. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and can be managed in your Apple ID settings.

The app uses your location or a city you choose and sends that information only to Apple Weather. • Japanese language support and Siri phrases in Spanish, German and French. • A new look for the Lock Screen widget and the ongoing-attack card. • Clearer pain levels when you log a past attack. • Smoother wording in every language.
