About
Migrainer Notes is a simple, local-first diary for recording headache attacks and preparing a clear history for medical appointments.
RECORD EACH ATTACK
• Log start and end times, mild/moderate/severe pain intensity, left or right pain locations, associated symptoms and personal notes.
• Keep medication names, doses, intake times and notes. Save multiple default medications for faster entry.
SEE YOUR HISTORY
• Review headache days, attack counts, medication days and intensity distributions by day, week, month or year.
• Read all recorded details in a compact Overview table and export a matching PDF to share or print for your clinician.
KEEP CONTROL OF YOUR DATA
• Records are saved locally first. Private iCloud synchronization is available when iCloud is enabled and configured.
• Export and import JSON, CSV and Markdown backups. Preview duplicates and conflicts before importing; a recovery backup is created before changes are written.
• Restore recently deleted records and medications.
MAKE IT YOURS
• Choose English or Simplified Chinese in Settings. Dates follow your selected language.
• Use light or dark appearance, Home Screen quick actions, widgets and Shortcuts.
• Optionally receive a reminder to add an end time to an ongoing attack.
Migrainer Notes is a personal record and communication tool, not a medical device or a substitute for professional care. It does not diagnose conditions, recommend medication doses or provide treatment advice. Follow your clinician’s instructions and take medication as prescribed. Seek urgent care for a sudden, severe or worsening headache or serious neurological symptoms.
