MigraineTrack is a calm, simple headache and migraine diary. Record an attack in under a minute, see your month at a glance, and bring clear records to your doctor.
LOG AN ATTACK IN SECONDS
Tap the big button or any day in the calendar. Set the intensity from 1 to 10, choose the type and location of pain, mark aura symptoms and possible triggers, and add the medicines you took with dose and quantity. Add the time and a short note — what helped, what came before. Had a second attack in the evening? Log it separately: every attack keeps its own time, medicines and note.
YOUR MONTH AT A GLANCE
The calendar marks every day with a headache and shows how many attacks a day had. Tap a day to open its card with all attacks — edit, delete or add one. Swipe between months, and the counter shows how many headache days you've had this month.
MEDICATION DAYS, COUNTED THE IHS WAY
Assign each medicine to a group: NSAIDs, triptans, gepants or other. Trends shows on how many days of the month you took each group — two attacks treated on one day count as one day, as the International Headache Society recommends. Bars turn orange near the monthly limit and red when it is exceeded, to help you notice the risk of medication-overuse (rebound) headache in time. The year view shows in how many months the limit was exceeded. A short article explains the limits and how medication-overuse headache is treated.
TRENDS
A daily intensity chart for the current month, your previous months, and a full-year view with medicines by group.
HEADACHE DIARY
Write notes in your own words — new or unusual symptoms, questions for your next appointment. Edit or delete them with a swipe.
MENSTRUAL CYCLE
Mark the start of each period, and period and ovulation days appear right on your headache calendar, so hormonal patterns become easier to see. Past cycles stay accurate when your cycle length changes.
MAKE IT YOURS
Light, Dark and Sepia themes or your own accent color, and a larger font if you prefer. English, Russian, Ukrainian, Turkish, Italian and Spanish, chosen from your device language.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account, no ads, no tracking. Your records stay on your device and sync only through your own iCloud. We never see your data.
MigraineTrack is a personal diary, not a medical device. It does not diagnose or treat any condition. Medication schedules are set only by your doctor — discuss any changes with them.
