The MyGynae App is very helpful for tracking periods and getting quick advice on menstrual health. It’s easy to use, private, and really useful for managing cycle-related issues.
Free Contraction Tracker and Kick counter
I have used mainly Kick counter and contraction counter.
I also showed the monthly to my doctor . She was really impressed as the data and my symptoms correlated well.
I also like that most features in app are Free to use and authentication by doctor is already done. I would like to see more about post delivery care in blogs.

I absolutely love how supportive the Migynae community is. It feels like a safe space where moms share their experiences — real women, real advice. I’ve learned more there than from any Facebook group!
