Can’t log in
I enter my credentials identical to the website and I get the error “May not be authorized”. I confirmed the login info is identical to what is on the website.
Very frustrated with our experience - Buggy, confusing, and takes way more effort to make sure everything is okay than any other platform we are using. I do not recommend. Hoping they can get their house in order or we will have to look for other solutions.
