• Plan your route on a map: tap the map icon in the route planner and your customers appear as pins showing how many days overdue they are (red), due today or soon (green), or with no date (grey). Tap a pin to add or remove the customer from the route — it fills blue with a check. Customers already planned on another day show faded and can't be double-booked. • Pinch, drag and zoom the map freely; +/− and fit-to-pins buttons sit at the top right. Customers without a map location are counted above the map and stay available in the list view. • The list and the map share the same selection — switch back and forth without losing anything.
