Garbage
This app is complete and utter garbage. When it occasionally works it will crash, when it isn’t crashing it doesn’t work. Adding a new client? We’ll have fun doing it 10 times over to still not have it actually in the system. Try and send a report so that it can be addressed from the app? Nope no option on there to do that. Disgusted at the abysmal programming that seems like it was put together by a toddler and is held together with chewing gum at best. Do yourself a favour and pick something else.

Find a different app
The only reason I use this app is because it’s the booking system that my work uses. It is absolutely awful to use. Honestly envision cloud and Setmore are so much better.
Not worth it
The app is great when it works….I upgraded to the newest version 4 weeks ago and it’s only working 10% of the time. I’m thinking of switching to a more reliable salon software company:(

Not really happy with this app. It’s a hit or miss when I check the schedule, sometimes it doesn’t load after I log in. Which is frustrating because then what is the point of having this app?
I can see the bookings but not what services and the clients name doesn’t come up fully.

It’s a great app
Okay so finally we get the app and it’s not perfect but if you learn it’s quarks it’s totally able to do what you want it to. I’m not perfect and I still have lots of friends... 😘

Improvements
Would be nice to be able to swipe from day to day through the week, rather than have to re-select the date the date to load the next day. Very tedious for booking clients, or telling them what you have available.
Also, would be nice to have a "multi" option when booking in services, instead of having to look up the client again when booking say, color and cut and treatment.

Never loads
This app freezes more than it loads. Its ridiculous. Every single day i try about 5 or 6 times to see my schedule until i end up giving up.
Not the best...
Would be nice to be able to see the client’s full name without having to enter “edit” menu. Would also be nice to see the service titles instead of/in addition to the service codes. Would also be nice to be able to book clients beyond 8:15 because of the thin gray bar at the bottom of the screen that covers those last time slots. Overall buggy and not the best user experience

Outdated and dysfunctional
This is genuinely one of the worst apps I've ever used. When I want to log in to check the schedule 90% of the time it doesn't work. Just comes up a blank page. Is milano just waiting to go under? Every software has a functional app now a days!

Not cool
Doesn't work or load at all. Don't waste your time on this outdated software.

Sorry Milano. Wanted it to work so bad, but after the first week no one on my team can even load it. Gotta let you go. Mostly disappointed in the fact that the reps are selling it. Don't push something unless it works!!
NEVER WORKS
I can never rely on this app to actually work. It's very frustrating.
Doesn't load
This app only works randomly. I can rarely get to my schedule because it doesn't load the staff. Once in awhile it will but again, it's very random and I end up having to call work, defeating the entire purpose of the app.
PLEASE UPDATE
Great concept but it needs some tweaking. Would like to have the option to swipe to the next day instead of having to go back and enter a new date. And lately it keeps crashing and takes me back to the home screen. Very frustrating!!
Needs updating
Crashes all the time, which is frustrating... If you're paying for something every month it should work regularly.
