No company support
App does not export CSV properly. Buttons in app are dead for CSV export as well as “support” visit company site and get contact emails only to have those rejected as undeliverable.
App refuses to open
I am extremely upset with this app right now. I have been using it to track my mileage work for since February, so I have a ton of miles on it. Suddenly, last week the app refused to open. It will show the blue screen with the big “S” for about half a second, then immediately closes out again. I’ve tried everything to get it up and running again but nothing works. I have no idea how I’ll be about to do my deductibles without this and it may have cost me a ton of money. Please help if you can, I need this app to at least open so I can record what my miles were at so I don’t lose all that precious information due to your app. Help!

Unstable/could be better
Needs a lot of upgrades such as having the option to download all trips (business, personal, etc) into one file, download notes. The reports themselves don’t always show the destination so you can’t tell the end destination when looking at the report. I might be switching to another app. I’m ok paying a bit more for another app if it means i save time dealing with mileage reports!

Unstable
The reports are missing the address and it would be ideal to download notes with the report. Also, it would be helpful to have an option to download both business and personal and filter in Excel rather than download 2 separate reports. We need more options to download.

Huge potential but lacking basic feature
The app is missing a trip-ending option, which makes it inconvenient as it takes a while to end a trip. Additionally, there are no trip filter reports available. When adding a trip manually, you cannot select the starting and ending times. There is also no option to edit trips, including distance and time. Given these limitations, the app does not seem worth $40 a year. However, if these issues were fixed, it might be a better value. Furthermore, customer support is quite slow.

My program stopped working , no help from the developer
My app stopped working as of May 15 without me being aware of it. The program is set to work continuously, but whatever reason it stopped working. I communicated with the developer several times and never received a response so that means I have to try to go back and re-create the 2 1/2 months of travel to many medical appointments manually.

Too expensive
App developers are greedy in their subscription costs at over $40 dollars a year. Way too more compared to what I expect to save.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD
This app is shady as they come. You pay 4.99$ than they call it free features. It tries to upgrade you to 39.99$ per year. The continue with “free” features is super little a grayed out - I just paid what do you mean free features. After that you think the app works but no it will lock out because you don’t have enough miles to use. Absolutely shady. I reported them to apple and trying to get my 4.99 back. Not that I need. My 5$ but there is no way I will aid these scammers.

Not accurate. Don’t buy.
Started a trial subscription. Had high hopes. But the first journey I made of 12.2 miles got recorded at 8.5 miles. Half of the map was drawn as a straight line meaning it didn’t even pick up my location until half way. Don’t blame my phone or it’s gps because I also have another similar app called Pado and it recorded the route perfectly fine. Deleted and subscription cancelled.

Just stopped tracking
I have been using this app for years & it just stopped tracking at the end of April for no reason. Now they want me to pay for it. I don’t remember if I paid for it in the past or not.

They Canceled my Paid Service
I paid for the full version of this app about three years ago. It’s been wonderful for my needs. A few days ago it suddenly stopped tracking my trips. Today, when I opened the app there was this big thing about paying for a subscription if I want to track trips. I understand apps can change, but if I’ve already paid for the program, it’s just wrong to shut off the services I’ve already paid for and require me to subscribe, and that without warning. I do hope they will restore what I’ve paid for.

They deleted all my info so now I have nothing to show for taxes this year. Terrible app, save your money!! Nothing but a rip off, and it actually doesn’t work well and I am a paid yearly subscriber. You think your backing up your info but then you open your files and nothings there. Waste of my money and time!

Good App
I have been using this App for 2 years and it’s working great for me. The trips are more accurate and easy to use.
Cant get ahold of anyone
I’ve reached multiple times and different ways to this company. You are able to track mileage for different businesses, but when you export them, it won’t let you separate them into Individual businesses, which defeats the purpose and wastes a year. I’m sure it’s a simple fix, but when you can’t get ahold of anyone, what do you do?

High battery usage
Battery consumption is very high
Takes your money.
Do not get this app unless you absolutely remember to stop it before the end of the trial period. They have charged me now and refuse to stop. And I am unable to cancel the subscription on my end and they keep telling me to cancel vial Apple ID and it does not appear there. They are lying to me and keep charging me. Do not download unless you want to be charged indefinitely.
