Still loving this app
Since this app hasn’t been updated in 7 years as I write this review, I started looking for a new mileage tracking app that I don’t need to pay a monthly subscription fee. I have been using this app for maybe 10+ years. I have read the reviews by others and believe they are having problems, but I have yet to see them. It still works on my iPhone 17 Pro and as long as I update the categories for the current mileage each year, everything works flawless and I can still export at the end of the year and archive the logs. I wish the developers would not abandon the app. I know one of these days I’m going to lose the app due to an iOS update and do not like what I see in the other mileage apps I have tried

Almost perfect
This is almost precisely what I was looking for, and I absolutely love it… except that it won’t export trips. Every time I try, it gets stuck on the loading screen. I’m still willing to work around the issue and just take screenshots if it comes down to it, but this is a major glitch and should be fixed asap. I’ll gladly give five stars if this problem is resolved.
I should mention that I haven’t upgraded, but I will after this. That should have nothing to do with this glitch, as it supposedly is only to remove the five-trip limit.

Dates Off Kilter
Don’t know what the IRS needs for “proof “ but the date and day of week is off for September 2023. Afraid to look at past months.
Light on features
The app was easy enough to login a trip but the start and finish should be to the different things because it doesn’t allow me to put the name of the town that I visited if I started at home I end up at home that makes no sense plus doing a monthly report was not possible

Was my go-to app for years. Now there’s no luck getting data exported from the app. So frustrating

Various glitches and seems to have been abandoned. Find another app to use.

Excellent with 1 Exception
I’ve been using the app for a couple of years now and love. About 2 years ago I started having a issue with the mileage rate not staying set to what I input. The old rate was .58 and the 2021 rate is .56. Every time I input the odometer reading it defaults to the .58 rate which forces me to fix it to .56. I’ve gone into settings multiple times and I change the business rate to .56 but it will revert to .58. I’ve reached out to Support many times and have received no fix. I’ve tried all the tech fixes I know and looking for another app to replace it in 2022.

Works for me
iPhone XS, have used for quite awhile. No issues, fully accepted by accountant. I love that it’s not locked into automatic and tracks everything I do, business related or not. Very flexible and fully editable. Perfect.
Won’t save new mileage
I have used this app since 2014 and it’s been great. This year however it won’t change to this years mileage, it keeps reverting to the old one, I tried everything, even created a new category. I have contacted support 3 times and not heard back. Also I accidentally deleted the app one time and all my archives were lost, really loved this app but sadly will have to find another.

This app will try to nickel and dime you when you’re filling out mileage... no I don’t want to pay $5.99 to update to 2019 irs regulations... it’s 2021...

Mileage data missing. Tried to connect with app tech support. No response. Many attempts. No success. No response.

No longer supported
I’ve used this app for years. Now it appears there’s a bug and I can’t get any response from the developer.
Problems
When you change the standard mileage rate for the new year, it does not stay changed. It keeps reverting back to last year’s rate.

So, not only is their product flawed, they offer no support when needed.

Great app
I started using this app about a month ago. Super convenient tracker. Has all feilds I am interested in or require. The export is very good. It crashes and does not save info once in a while. About three times since I started using it. That is the reason for 4 and not 5 star.
No Longer Exports
Impossible to get years worth of data exported.
Reporting
Easy to use but the year end reporting is non existent. It would be great to be able to choose a time period and simply print out a report for tax purposes.
Terrible
Can’t export data anymore. Contacted support two weeks ago but haven’t received a response.
Okay tracker
The app should be relatively simple and they have tried to make it that way. I tried others and settled on this one. The simpleness is good, but if you want to go back and review or make any edits like in the notes section the app crashes - even with the purchased version. The only line item that can be managed is the open one at the top. Very frustrating, but I paid the subscription and just deal with it.
