I don’t like being forced to upgrade to commercial rate fee just because I make a few stops along the way when I’m making a long trip. I lost 3 or 4 months of trips on my account last year because of that kind of thing and also I like to be able to contact a business directly by phone when there is a problem or I need to make a payment. Your app doesn’t allow that. I had to go through Apple Pay to get my account reset after it was cancelled because I couldn’t figure how to get you paid. You have a good app and I find it useful even though I don’t understand all the ways one can record the purposes of each drive but it is difficult to make payments when due.

Great mileage tracking app
I’ve been using my IQ for a week and it’s made tracking my mileage so much faster and easier. Every stop that I make can be determined if it’s work or personal. I highly recommend this app.
OK app need more development
This app is helpful. It’s okay. It assists with my travelling mileage calculation, unfortunately, some of the numbers are incorrect, and when I try to classify business and personal mileage, it won’t let me change it. It was difficult to make certain adjustments because they use AI and track our addresses, automatically classifying some trips. Sometimes, those classifications are not accurate.

I was happy with the app until it was bought out. In the past year the rates have increased twice to over double what I paid last year with no added improvements! It’s time to find a new app or just use ai and save myself some money!
