MileLedger Mileage Log

MileLedger is a private mileage ledger for freelancers, delivery drivers, sales reps, and small service workers who need clean trip records without an account or subscription. Add each trip with a date, vehicle, start and end, purpose, category, and miles. Enter miles directly or use odometer start and end values to calculate the trip. Set your country, currency, and custom per-mile rates, including a default United States business mileage starting rate for 2026. Monthly and yearly summaries show total business miles, estimated reimbursement, and category breakdowns. Export CSV files, simple PDF summaries, or a local JSON backup whenever you need records for reimbursement, bookkeeping, or tax preparation. MileLedger is a recordkeeping utility, not tax or legal advice. All data stays on your device unless you choose to share an export.
