About

Miles turns the car you already own into a connected car for the whole family. Plug the Miles Plug into your car's diagnostics port, and the Miles app shows where the car is, how it's running, and what it needs, in plain English. WHAT MILES DOES • See every drive: real-time location, trip history, and arrival alerts, so you know everyone made it. • Understand your car: Miles turns the check-engine light and mechanic-speak into plain English and flags problems before they become repairs. • Ask Miles: the in-app assistant answers questions about your specific vehicle, from what a warning means to when service is due. • Keep it all in one place: store service records and receipts in your Digital Glovebox and get reminders before maintenance is due. • Stay connected without a phone in the car: the Miles Plug has its own GPS and cellular connection. BUILT FOR FAMILIES Everyone on the account sees the same trips, the same map, and the same vehicle health. No hidden modes. Each person sets their own alerts to be notified about what is important to them. Miles asks for parental consent for drivers under 18. HELP WHEN IT MATTERS If Miles detects a serious crash, it alerts your family and connects to the 24/7 monitoring center staffed by trained specialists, who check on the driver and dispatch emergency services if help is needed, even when no one can reach a phone. Roadside assistance covers jump starts, fuel delivery, tire changes, lockouts, and towing, dispatched to your location by a nationwide service network. HOW IT WORKS Setup takes about five minutes. Download the app, plug Miles into your car's OBD-II port (usually under the dash), and drive. No wires and no tools. THE PLUG AND YOUR MEMBERSHIP The Miles app is free to download and requires a Miles Guard Membership and the Miles Plug, a small device sold separately at mileslabs.com. Your Miles Guard Membership is a connected vehicle service. It provides the cellular data service that keeps your Plug online, 24/7 crash monitoring by trained specialists, and nationwide roadside assistance dispatched to wherever your car is. Membership is purchased and managed at mileslabs.com. Miles works with most cars 2008 and newer. Check yours with the compatibility checker at mileslabs.com. PRIVACY FIRST Your data belongs to your family. The Miles Plug has no microphone and no camera. Miles never sells your data and shares it only with your explicit permission. Every car smarter. Every car safer. Learn more at mileslabs.com.

Notable Improvements in Version 1.1 - Places now allow you search by name or address. Find a place the way you'd say it — "Dunkin" rather than a street address. - You can now resume previous chat conversations. Previous conversations are located in Account > Miles AI. Tap one and carry on where you left off. - The Trips tab now allows you to filter by events. Also in this release - Clearer wording when you're offline - Maps stability improvements - Recall cards show their official campaign number - Phone numbers and places use clearer formatting - Misc improvements for smaller screen sizes
