About

Every work mile, accounted for. Miles Up brings business mileage and company reimbursement into one clear workspace for iPhone and iPad. FOR EMPLOYEES Record the date driven, start, destination, and any intermediate stops. Add client or project details and the business purpose, following your company's requirements. See reimbursement before submitting and optionally attach a location pin. FOR COMPANY OWNERS Create your organization and invite teammates with a single-use code, shared through your own Messages or email app. Set the reimbursement rate and review mileage across your team. Choose whether new drives need approval and whether business purpose and client/project fields are required. ODOMETER OR ENTERED MILEAGE Companies can require starting and ending odometer readings. In that mode, their difference determines the mileage. Otherwise, employees enter the miles driven or use an optional Apple Maps driving estimate. MULTIPLE STOPS AND SAVED PROJECTS Add, remove, and reorder intermediate stops with no fixed stop-count limit. Apple Maps suggests addresses and estimates the total driving distance through selected stops in order. Company owners save project names and addresses once; employees select them to fill addresses and link their drives. Submitted records retain their saved details. FULL DETAILS AND REPORTS The Drives page shows From, To, all stops, client/project, purpose, mileage, rate, reimbursement, status, and any odometer readings or location tag. Filter by day, week, month, recent activity, search, or pending approval. Export the filtered list as a CSV or multi-page PDF using your device's share sheet. Saved location pins appear on a map. Miles Up does not record routes or track employees in the background. ONE COMPANY, ONE PLAN Organizations receive 45 days free with no automatic charge when the trial ends. Afterward, the owner chooses an Apple monthly subscription: up to 5 employees for $9.99, up to 12 for $14.99, or up to 49 for $39.99 (U.S. prices). Invited employees are covered by the organization. The owner and unused invitations do not count toward the employee limit. Once purchased, subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple Account on confirmation. Manage or cancel through Apple subscription settings. Local App Store pricing applies. U.S. business mileage reference rates are included, and companies can choose their own rate. Reimbursement uses the rate applicable to the date driven; submitted records keep their saved rate. What's New in Miles Up

1.0.1

September 17, 2026

This update makes drive approvals clearer and more reliable. • Renamed “Return to pending” to “Mark Pending” and added confirmation before changing an approved drive. • Added a clear “Reimbursement approved” message. • Fixed an issue where an older refresh could overwrite a completed approval status change. • Prevented overlapping approval updates and improved error handling so failed updates preserve the previous status.
