doesn’t do anything

completely functionless classic for a company with so low quality products to begin with that the app can’t do anything

Poorly written manuals

App to install for S7 is called “SmartLife- Smart Living.” Not this app and Mileseey never mentions that. One rating said he couldn’t connect to Bluetooth. This is why. Download the correct app

Response from developer

Thank you for your feedback, and we apologize for the confusion caused by the app information. Some MILESEEY devices and hardware versions are designed to work with different apps. If your device works with the Smart Life app, please continue using Smart Life, as it is the correct app for that hardware version. We appreciate you pointing out that the instructions could be clearer, and we will continue improving our product and app guidance to make compatibility information easier to understand.

Bluetooth doesn’t work.

I got my S50 today and tried for 2 hours to get it to connect to my phone. No luck.

Response from developer

We’re sorry you had to spend so much time trying to connect your S50. The S50 has two hardware versions with different app compatibility. Earlier S50 hardware works with the Smart Life app, while newer S50 hardware works with MILESEEY TOOLS and magicplan. This compatibility is determined by the hardware version and cannot be changed through an app or firmware setting. Please check the app information in your user manual, or contact MILESEEY Customer Support with your serial number and purchase date so we can confirm the correct app for your S50.

Won’t connect to device

App does not connect with device. Device is brand new. This makes any possible benefits to having the app useless!

Response from developer

We’re sorry for the frustrating experience. Please note that MILESEEY TOOLS is compatible only with supported MILESEEY device models and hardware versions. For the S50, earlier hardware versions work with the Smart Life app, while newer versions support MILESEEY TOOLS and magicplan. If you have an S50, please check the app information in your user manual. You can also contact MILESEEY Customer Support with your device serial number and purchase date, and our team will help confirm the correct app for your device.

Won’t pair with device

Brand new device connected with SmartLife no problem. Won’t connect with this app. Cannot take remote measurements… Useless.

Response from developer

Thank you for your feedback, and we apologize for the confusion. Since your S50 connects successfully with Smart Life, it is most likely the earlier S50 hardware version. Smart Life is the correct and fully supported app for that version, and no change is required. Newer S50 hardware versions are designed to work with MILESEEY TOOLS and magicplan. App compatibility is determined by the S50 hardware version, so an earlier Smart Life-compatible device cannot be switched to MILESEEY TOOLS through an app or firmware update.
