About

MileSwipe keeps a mileage log for you. It notices when you drive, records the trip, and asks one question: business or personal? Swipe to answer. That is the whole job. HOW IT WORKS • Park your car and the drive appears as a card: where it started, where it ended, how far, how long, and what it is worth at the standard mileage rate. • Swipe right for Business, left for Personal. Use the menu for Commute, Medical, Charity, or Moving. • A notification after each drive offers Business and Personal buttons, so most drives never need the app open. • Name your regular stops once (Home, Work, a client) and let rules do the rest: Home to Work becomes Commute automatically, repeat trips get suggested, work-hours drives get flagged as business for you to confirm. REPORTS YOUR ACCOUNTANT WILL LIKE • Monthly and yearly totals by purpose, with a deduction estimate using the IRS standard mileage rates in effect on each date, including mid-year rate changes. • Export a CSV with date, start and end places, distance, purpose, rate, and value, plus a monthly summary and odometer readings. • Track several vehicles and record start-of-year and end-of-year odometer readings. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your drives stay on your iPhone. Turn on iCloud sync and they are also stored in your own iCloud account, where only you can see them. • No account, no ads, no analytics, and no servers of ours. We cannot see your data, and we do not want to. BUILT FOR YOUR CAR • Automatic detection works for any car. If your car has CarPlay, a two-minute Shortcuts automation makes detection even faster. • Battery use is like a navigation app, and only while you drive. Nothing runs while you are parked. • Merge a drive that was split by a quick stop, fix a start point that was estimated, or add a drive by hand. FREE AND UNLIMITED • MileSwipe is free and records every drive. The free tier lets you sort up to 40 drives a month; drives beyond that are kept and unlock when you subscribe. • MileSwipe Unlimited removes the limit: $6.99 a month or $69.99 a year (two months free). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; payment is charged to your Apple Account and can be managed in Settings. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ · Privacy Policy: https://mileswipe.com/privacy GOOD TO KNOW • MileSwipe needs the “Always” location permission to detect drives while it is closed, and Motion & Fitness access to tell driving from walking. It explains both during setup. • Deduction amounts are estimates for your records, not tax advice. Rules for deducting mileage depend on your situation; check with a tax professional.
