Very buggy
Often I will get a message saying "Attention
We are experiencing technical difficulties and apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience as we work to restore service as quickly as possible." And will not be able to use instant balance to view my money or log into my account. This happens very frequently throughout the day. I hope they fix this soon.

Love Milford bank everyone is so nice
Constant login issues
This app in the early morning never works. Can’t login , pop up messages that the disk is full- whatever that means. Pop ups to call customer service. Pop ups that it couldn’t validate my login credentials. Etc. starts working about the time the bank opens. Funny that even as an app it seems to follow “ bankers hours”. Find a new developer.

This app doesn’t follow industry standards
Once Face ID let’s a user in the app, it should allow them to transfer money and pay bills without having to enter their password.
Other banking app standard behavior is to use Face ID once to log into the app. After that you’re allowed to move around freely within the app.
Milford bank app makes you enter passwords to do this. I suggest change the behavior to follow other app behavior, or at minimum use Face ID for bills and transfers instead of manual password entry.

Mobile banking
You have made it so easy to float money from one account to another. No more going out in fear my purse will be stolen with an uncashed check in it. Now I can transfer from the safety of my own home! Excellent!

crashes wont load right after i updated to ios 14.5, deleted redownloaded restarted tried everything. crashes, wont open.

Stopped working
I’ve used it for years and now the app is not working properly. Looks like they added a forgot password feature to reset. Since the app stopped working I thought maybe I typed my password in incorrectly, but then I used the newer forgot password feature and it sent me a temp password via email, but then once typing the password and new password, would not load the page. Now, I just repeatedly get an error message.

Worst app ever
I have never used such a crappy app. It always has some issue. Most of the time it won’t let you login. I have to call the bank and they free it up for me then it works once after then the next time I go to use it. I get nothing. They say I don’t use the app enough so it locks me out! I don’t need to use it all the time. GARBAGE.

Does not work well
The mobile app does not work well. At least once a month, the app does not work and I cannot log in. This week, the online personal banking login did not work - this was true with using a desktop computer as well. I was not able to transfer money which caused an overdraft.
Other than the lack of use ability, the features are great when the app is up and running.

Good enough
Not a terrible mobile banking experience. The new user interface is halfway decent, but could still use some work. It looks pretty modern and works well enough, but there are definitely some strange design choices in there...
