Edit: the developer contacted me and was able to quickly find a resolution, unfortunately it has to do with system -wide iOS Button Shapes accessibility but can be worked around turning that off.
I am so looking forward to using this, it seems very accessible even without the need for my usual settings. Thanks for making this!
