Generation 2 now totally off line !
My multiple devices no longer connect to the Wi-Fi.
Had about seven or eight of these Wi-Fi heater and now none of them connect to the Wi-Fi. So what’s the point in buying them. Sold three on ebay and got next to nothing for them. I’ve still got two new in the box and one of those I sold and had it returned to me. Mill need to take a long hard look at their business model.

Useless
Can’t create an account as it tells me my email address is invalid. Tried with 3 different email accounts and none of them are acceptable to this app. Unable to test further without an account.
Wi-Fi to be or not to be
Per fare funzionare quest’App uno deve fare un corso di hacker. Mamma mia! Sono riuscito collegare il mio radiatore al’App tramite hotspot. Tutto ok finché ho spostato il radiatore da una stanza all’altra e non si collega più. Lasciato perdere.

Matter gone again. This app is so confusingly badly made. I want to set my devices up with matter, the option wasn’t there. Support told me to remove the app remove all devices and it should appear… it didn’t. Then two days later the matter option randomly appeared.
Now that I’ve put my heaters on the wall though and opened the app to switch to matter… the option has gone again. This app is weird and inconsistent which is a shame because other than this matter issue it seemed like it was easy enough to use. Hope they do another update soon and put matter back into the app for me!
Other than the matter appearing and disappearing the app seems good, logically laid out and easy to use. The heaters are great quality. I hope this company keeps going and continues to make these quality heaters as they stand out for all the right reasons.

App funzionale
La App funziona perfettamente. Molto comoda la programmazione. Il pannello radiante mi sta riscaldando senza consumi esagerati. Il potere calorifero è ottimo.
Quite nice, but …
The heaters are definitely eyecatchers. At one point or another, they indicate low processing quality. The app is slightly irritating. Back at home (while testing the devices) nearly nothing seemed to work properly. Being in the remote place (where the heaters are really used) everything works like a charm. Strange.

WiFi Oil heater never connects
I’ve had this heater for several years now. As a standalone heater it’s been great! I appreciate the aesthetic of it too. Unfortunately from the moment it arrived I could never get it to actually connect to my WiFi. I’ve moved around a bit over the past few years and have tried to set it up on various WiFi situations and they all fail to connect. I think maybe I just got a lemon? I thought about returning it early on, but it’s still a good heater even if I can’t control it remotely. Just a heads up for anyone who may be hoping for a smooth experience with this feature. If having that is a deal breaker then you may wanna keep shopping. Or at least get a warranty and keep your receipt. Not too confident about the Mill team’s quality control dept.

The app is nice and easy to use but there is an issue with the app.
It seems on the statistics tab, for example the kWh usage statistics/ year consumption the total is the minimum plus the maximum usage kWh, not the total usage per year.
