App is not very user friendly
After amassing over 12000 reward points, tried adding a choice to my order. No good. Nice to get rewards points, would be better if you could actually use them

They basically killed the rewards program & the updated menu cut out a lot of good options.

I was born and raised in Millburn and have been going to the “Millburn Del” for over 50 years. During that time the quality and the friendly environment has never changed. I do miss Terry though😂

Been ordering from you guys for a long time. Just found out about the app. Went to download it and it won’t even open. Just immediately crashes.

Millburn Deli app ok
App ok to place an order. But no place to enter a tip (at least not as part of the order flow I was presented). No playback screen summarizing order before entry - it’s just done/send. You have to hope you entered it all correctly. Also, this seems to be the only deli in NJ that doesn’t offer potato salad and you can buy pickle chips, so not sure if they provide a pickle with sandwich, as does every deli in NJ.

You lose a ton of business because ordering through the app is such a hassle. Took me thirty minutes on this last order.

It was impossible to use the balance on my Millburn Deli gift card plus a credit card and the whole process was extremely long and time-consuming.

Payment Options
Please add Apple Pay as a payment option. Storing a Credit Card number is not secure. At least allow for a one time credit card usage on an order to order basis. Seems a bit lazy to force customers to store their information.
