Mobile deposits is a nightmare, I now have to make trips regularly to deposit at a branch because it rejects for everything.
Ease of monitoring my accounts on line & the professionalism of your Ocala location.
The app is very user friendly. I’m appreciative of that as I’m older and some apps are extremely difficult to navigate.

Account balancing
Printing off the accounts takes 4 lengthy steps before you can print.
Should only have to select account and click print as it was previously. The new upgrade they did made it really complicated and lengthy.
