This app always freezes and doesn’t ever update to fix anything

If zero stars was an option, that’s the score I would give. This app’s features are primitive and do NOT work. It constantly FREEZES up during any activity. Please get it together. Seriously considering changing backs altogether just because of the poor ability to use a mobile app.
Doesn’t Work
When app is clicked, it shows a blank gray background screen without any login fields or buttons. Stopped working last week.

What has happened to this app?! Mobile deposit is now SOOOOO frustrating! The camera keeps rotating to take the check pictures when I don’t want it to. Practically impossible to use. Took me 6 tries to deposit a check today! I could’ve driven to the bank and handed it to a teller quicker.
Login also takes longer. Last version of this app was not perfect, but it was much easier to use than this.
Also getting many issues of the app freezing, causing me to kill it and start again from scratch. 😡

Cannot enter cents in Bill Pay
Tried to pay $123.45 but app showed $12,345. Gave up and used the laptop browser.
