Not a great app
Often crashes or doesn't work - lots of scope for improvement
Extremely Tedious!!
I simply want to register, possibly book. The app takes you through far too many steps to complete this. Creating a password… we all know different apps require different things.
Either a capital letter, a special symbol or a numeric character. This app doesn’t tell you what it requires until you’ve attempted multiple times. There should be directions listed, (password requires such and such), this should be simple, but it’s not here.)After all of this it’s still wants me to create an entire profile, like I’m opening up a social media page or something. I’ve taken 10 minutes and I still don’t have a class booked. Ridiculous.
I hope my experience at the school is much better than this.

Invasive, app asks for way too much information up-front
All I wanted to do was book a class.
First I visited the website, which stated that I had to download their app I. Order to make a class reservation.
I downloaded the app and it immediately there was a pop up about push notifications, then another pop up about showing my location, then another about something else, then it asked for my email, then made me check my email and verify that it was ready, then it asked for my name and address, then it made me sign a waiver, THEN it let me fill out all of my information one more time so I could pay for the class with my credit card.
It shouldn’t be this much of a hassle to book a class. I would rather just book the class online, I don’t want this crappy app.

Terrible experience
Greedy business, terrible management/ownership. Used to be something special but these class videos got to their heads. If you want to become a better dancer, go someplace else
