Absolutely pathetic service. I placed an order on 25th July and it still hasn’t been delivered. What’s worse is that I’ve already received other items ordered from abroad, while this local order hasn’t even been dispatched. This level of delay is unacceptable. They don’t even deserve one star. Strongly do not recommend buying from here.

Worst Experience Ever – Avoid at All Costs!
I had a terrible experience with Million Cases. Here’s a breakdown:
Delayed Delivery: It took 8 days to deliver the product despite the delivery location being just 150 km away. That's unacceptable for such a short distance.
Wrong Product Sent: I ordered a black case, but they sent me a grey one—which wasn’t even listed as an option. Only black and beige were available on their site, so I don’t understand how grey even came into the picture.
Pathetic Support & Charges: After raising a complaint, instead of apologizing and sending the correct product, they’re asking me to pay ₹100 to send back the wrong item they sent me! That’s outrageous.
This company is a scam. They’re just making a fool of customers. Poor service, careless fulfillment, and zero accountability.
DO NOT BUY from Million Cases. You’ll regret it.
