Character System You now build a fully custom avatar when starting a new game. Choose your skin tone, hair style, hair colour, eye shape, face shape, facial hair, and expression. The game includes a wide range of skin tones and natural hair textures like afros, dreads, cornrows, twists, and fades. Your character ages visually throughout the game, looking younger as a child and developing wrinkles and sharper features as an adult and senior. The people around you also have unique generated faces. Your parents, friends, partner, tenants, and workers all look distinct. If your character has a mixed heritage skin tone, your parents will reflect that automatically. Banking and Credit You can now open a High Yield Savings Account and earn 4.5 percent interest per year on your deposits. The longer you save, the more your money compounds. Loans are also available. Your credit score determines how much you can borrow on an unsecured loan. You can also pledge a property or vehicle as collateral to unlock larger amounts. Paying loans back on time raises your credit score. Defaulting drops it and puts your assets at risk. Business Opportunities More business types are now available, unlocked based on your age and Financial IQ. Younger players can start small with a lemonade stand or tutoring service. As you grow, you can launch tech startups, open restaurants, or build a property empire. You can also invest in startups or build and grow your own, with values that shift based on in-game events. Education and Lessons The education system now includes more courses spread across every stage of life. Courses teach real financial concepts like compound interest, credit strategy, budgeting, and real estate. Completing them raises your Financial IQ, which unlocks better jobs, smarter investments, and more advanced businesses.
