Very unprofessional and glitchy
The app has a lot of bugs and lags, not only that but the renters can be quite greedy, and communication between management is non existent. It says “24hr” response, but the owner and app manager just left me hanging and ghosted me for 2 or 3 days. I do not recommend.
App not working properly
I see the apartments, everything looks fine until I try to book a visit and then the moment I press on the “visit” button the app closes.
I’ve raised an issue to which I got a reply that somebody will contact me, but hours later the issue was closed as solved without a call/message or anything, the app still not working. Poor support and customer service. Such a good idea and so poorly implemented!

Glitchy app and intrusive
App kept giving me error and time out when submitting requests.
Also asks for too much personal information and the terms are in a different language.

This app is very easy to get around and the concept fits perfect with making it easier for us users to find and rent out flats! Love it
