All the app shows is a picture of a dog and a cat and a circle a blue circle that’s it

This app disappeared from Home Screen, it was working great ! Now won’t even open
Bummed I loved it and their other place as well
That vet app from Hammonton disappeared as well , and deleted some of my pets .
