The application is completely useless in Australia. The saved mp3 recordings are all corrupted and unplayable.

I’ve tried contacting support to fix the issue multiple times paid for another year and it’s not working to use.
So now no choice but to give a negative review unless I get refunded

Dont work

Unfortunately the app doesn't work, I recorded a super important call for a case that I need legal proof of. The recording was made but I can't listen to it or save it. I tried to contact the company via email but received no response.

Infelizmente o aplicativo não funciona, gravei uma ligação super importante para um caso que preciso de prova judicial. A gravação foi feita mas não consigo ouvir ou salvá-la. tentei contato via e-mail com a empresa mas não obtive resposta.

A gravação não pode ser ouvida/The recording didn't work

Baixei o App para gravar uma ligação muito importante, porém não consigo ouvir a gravação de nenhuma forma, já tentei por todos os métodos possíveis, tentei inclusive contato com o suporte e não obtive resposta. I downloaded the App to record a very important call, but I can't hear the recording in any way, I've tried every possible method, I've even tried to contact support and I haven't received a response.

Recording didn’t work

I have tried to contact support by email as well as using the app which doesn’t allow you to send a message! Very frustrating that I have had no response from support team!

Credits system they has. First 3 calls free. Then the fee.

After the first call then it will say 2 credits remaining, idk if it’s only what you get for free but after that a yearly subscription is 3$, or 5 credits are 4.99$ Heads up for people want to check this app out.

Needs work

Makes me sound muffled.. the caller on the other end is clear but my voice comes off as muffled and distorted during some of the recording

Worst app on the App Store.

I downloaded this app to record a really important conversation. Turned out the recordings are quiet and there’s literally nothing in there. What a shameeeeee

This app does not actually record phone calls.

No customer support

When it works, which is most of the time, it’s pretty easy and functional. HOWEVER, I blew 10 credits one day when the local recording phone number would hang up immediately after I would connect, gobbling up a credit each time. Sent an email to customer service and never got a response.

Does not work

Attempted a few times to record outgoing calls but would not record! Even bought 5 additional recordings which was a waste of money. Sent feedback to the developer but didn’t get a reply. Do not buy!

Not happy

In the beginning never had any issues. Loved it actually and as of recently, it’s not recoding the full length of my calls. It says it’s recoding but only half of my calls turn up in the recording logs. I’m not impressed
