Y’all charge way too much to be NOT WORKING. I called the number I needed to record through their app like it says. The operator kept saying the number was no longer in service every time. I called the same number without using their app & my call went through. Hmmm

Scam

This bought this and it never work now I cancel it and it send me an email to renew they even try taking money from my account. What going on??? I didn’t ask for a renewal!!!! First time I pay for nothing NOT A SECOND TIME AGAIN!

Easy, simple, does the job!

I'm not a big fan of phone calls. I do them and always forget to record them. But Mimik is so easy to use! No more embarrassing situations.‌ ‌

Awesome app! ‍

Mimik is awesome. I have been using it at work and home. It's really helped me be more productive by listening to my recorded calls, being able to take notes on them, and then also saving them for future reference. It's also just a great way to rediscover conversations that you had forgotten about, but can still benefit from. ‍

Terrible customer service

I don’t have my recordings. I was contacted once by customer service asking if they could access my account. Of course I said yes cause I desperately need my recordings. Since then probably 4 months ago I haven’t heard anything from them. I have emailed numerous times and have gotten zero response. I suggest if you need this service for anything important that you don’t waste your time or money and go with another service. I have never in my life seen such terrible customer service. I don’t even want to give them one star. They are not worth a penny.

Fraud warning!

I bought a subscription and every time I try to use the app I get a prompt as if I never paid and it’s encouraging me to subscribe. I paid $30 and I’m getting nothing. I wrote four letters to the company and got zero response!

Well Worth It

I’m a Private Investigator and I frequently need to get recorded statements from witnesses. This app is perfect for that. Calls are seamless, quality is great, and recordings are very easy to navigate/share. One feature I discovered that works great for me is calling my witness first, asking permission to record the call (I’m in a two-party consent state) dialing the Mimik number directly (I created a contact with their number) then merging the two calls together (it solves the issue of 30 seconds of dead air if you begin the recording from the app). It is so easy!

SCAM???

I can not get this app to work ever. It is now stuck on the page to “renew subscription” even though I paid for a year and it does not expire until April, 2022. When I hit “Restore previous purchase” it takes me back to the same page asking for renewal!!!

Frustrated!!

Does not work well so far. Keeps logging me out. Every time. Need to record a call I have to resubscribe!! The worst paid for a year and so not happy!!

Very Angry

Bought a yearly subscription to this app and I can’t even use it because I am met with a paywall page as if I’m not subscribed. I want an immediate refund. Very money hungry. I don’t even know if the app works yet because of this Paywall for an app I PAID FOR!! 😡😡😡 Do not download.

Can’t use it, already purchased 1 year suscription

I already bought 1 year suscription, but the screen for purchase don’t dissapear. Close the app and reopen and still the same thing!

Credits

I bought 5 credits worth £4.99 but they did not show in my mimik account even after they took the amount from my bank.
It kept beeping i subscribe for a year subsctiption. All they want is me to pay £ 38.99 even when am not convinced with small amount yet.

Great app - effective, well priced @ £29 yearly

I spent this morning trying to work out how to record calls for work on my iPhone.

Lots of apps, but frustrating!

Tried 7 apps, only MIMIK worked as described and at a decent cost.

If WhatsApp, FB, Skype calls could be added too, that would be amazing.

Great effort guys.
