Love the App… just wish they had rotation days option

Great app for organizing one’s skin care routine but wish they made it so one can make a routine every (x amount of days) instead of specifically selecting the days of the week.

Easy to use

This app looks nice and it’s easy to use. I like how easy it is to add products to your shelf. The one thing I wish I could do is add notes to each day to track how my skin is doing and see if the products I used that day are helping. With a place for notes this app would be perfect.

Doesn't Work

My husband kept getting an error message every time he tried to add a routine on his phone. The app worked on my phone for one day. Now I'm getting an error message too. I deleted the app because it kept telling me something went wrong when I tried to add a routine.

Best app for Skincare

I’ve tried tons of app in App Store. But this app is the best. The only thing is, they should introduce skin cycling option. Not all the skin care routine is weekly. Some are every 3rd day or forth day. So they can add cycling option as well. Then the app will become perfect 💖

Less functionality than expected

I wanted to love this app because the marketing made it seem like the app would give information about which ingredients would mix well to get together, or be able to search to exclude products containing certain ingredients. Unfortunately, neither functionality exists and it’s basically just a Pinterest board of your skin care routine with optional “reminders” to do ur routine.

Since the app collects ingredient information on all products uploaded, it would be useful for them to utilize that data to offer advise about which products not to mix together based on chemical reactions, or what order to apply each product in your routine. A missed opportunity. :/

Needs Changes to Routines

With skin cycling becoming trendy, this app needs to accommodate its routine frequency setting.
Rn we can only choose days of the week for routines. This app needs to implement a setting for “every x days”

Love the app but wish for changes to routine

As one of your many satisfied users, I wish there was an option when managing routine to, instead of putting days of the week, you could do it by frequency—I have a routine that I do based on a 5 day cycle. As it is, I need to manually add the routine for each day I do it, which is tedious. Some of the UI is confusing.

Needs more Routine options

Would love if this app allowed me to alternate days for my routine. My routine isn’t set on specific specific days of the week but alternates every few days. Ex. Routine 1, Routine 2, Routine 3 repeat. Those days don’t fall neatly on the same day of the week.

Good but Glitchy

I’ve been using this app for about a year and it’s pretty good, but it has one major glitch that drives me nuts and has not been fixed in all the time I’ve been using it. When editing or adding products to your routine, you cannot scroll all the way to the bottom of the routine to see or move your products. Since I am constantly changing up my routines this is very frustrating to me. So frustrating, in fact, that I am shopping around for a different app to use.

Cute, functional app

I really like this app so far! My only complaint is that I wish I could add more that one repeating routine. For example my daily routine, vs. my exfoliating routine which only a couple days a week. It seems you only have the option to input 1 repeating routine, with only other option being inputting a one-time routine which is a bummer :(

The best!

This app is everything I was looking for. I have downloaded all of them. Really, all of them. I’m still paying some subscriptions that I need to cancel. I have routines, I have many products, and I need flexibility to enter all of these things. Sometimes I use one product one day and a different product the next day. So yes, it’s nice to have routines, but I like the flexibility of adding different things depending on the day. I also love how incredibly easy it is to add Products to my shelves. Very satisfying and quick. Overall, this one really works for me. I don’t need all the bells and whistles that some other apps have with all the advice and notes. This is nice and clean.

Love it!

So simple and very useful! I like to circulate through serums and not use the exact same thing every night. This makes it easy to keep track of what I’ve done and what’s coming up. I love it!

Great skincare product management app!

I use this to keep track of all my beauty products. It’s very, very useful! I can see what products I have and when they expire. Loading can be a little slow sometimes but functionality is one of the best. All skincare enthusiasts should download this app!

Doesn’t have the products I’m looking for

Okay, I just want an app that can help me keep track of the products I’m using in a regular basis. How in the world can I be offered 12 different olay products to choose from. If I wanted to enter all my own products I’d make an elaborate spreadsheet.

Thank you for trying out our open beta and your candid feedback! As you noted, we don’t have the details for every product in our system (we sure would love to though!). However, our searchable products are continually growing every day with hundreds of contributions already added from our community of users who utilized the missing product report feature. Once we verify the product suggestion, which includes us manually going to the product sites to confirm and incorporate the description, usage, ingredients, etc, the product then becomes available for the entire community to use and benefit from. The process starts with searching for the product in the search page. If you can’t find what you are looking for, an add missing product button will appear at the bottom of the search screen. After you fill in the information (which is brand, product name, and a website link to the product so we can properly identify the exact product), we’d usually take a day or so to verify the product and become searchable to all Mimoglow users. Everyone will benefit from your addition! As of right now, Mimoglow is focused on reducing the burden of tracking your skincare routines and make it as close to one-click-and-done as possible. We are aiming to provide useful insights in the future such as which products might be good for you given your usage pattern, which ingredients might (or might not) be working for you, etc. Please feel free to reach out to me at liz@mimoglow.com with a list of the products and/or brands you’d like us to incorporate into our system. And as always, we’d love to hear any suggestions or feedbacks so we can continually improve Mimoglow for our community.

Great app for managing routines

I really like this, especially the ability to add extra routines and search products to add to your routine (instead of manually adding them). I still use this along with another app that provides alerts about skincare conflicts and recommends order. This is a really great app to add to my toolkit!

Hi! Thank you for joining our open beta! During open beta, you may run into some bugs. Thank you for your feedback, we pushed an update to the app store a day later when we discovered this bug. If you update your app, the issue won't be there anymore.

Not super useful

I have it a shot but it is missing a lot of Product info and manually adding products is incredibly difficult because you have to add links etc but the ap refreshes each time you leave. :/ Some bugs stopped my routines from showing when scheduled as well so I don’t think this app is very useful for my purposes yet.
