Issues as vendors no longer using it
Basically ordered food but vendors have stopped using app. Maybe due to COVID-19 they are simplifying menu and ordering process. Took my payment out though so not happy
Did the job
Easy to to use, worked efficiently. Helped reduce face to face contact. I like how more places are using this one app so I don’t need to download each individual pub chain’s app.
Convenient to use
I downloaded the app as it was our first time out since lockdown and was a little nervy so thought this was a great idea. It was easy to download and register even for a techno phobe like myself Photos of drinks and food are clear. and we had no problems ordering.

Use this at my local in West Kirby for ordering drinks without leaving my table. Simple and easy to use!

Very user friendly. Downloaded easily, easy to add card for payment and worked for me. Thought I’d miss the queue for the bar but this App beats queueing hands down.

Love this app. Set up was really simple. Add a credit card once and you’re good to go.
Ordered and paid for drinks at my table at the White Lion... got fast confirmation and the drinks arrived really quickly.
No more standing at the bar failing to get noticed by the barman... it’s the future and I hope loads of other places start to use it. Well done!

Easy to Use
I’ve been using the app for a few weeks now and it’s worked very well each time. Easy to navigate, good images and clear communication from the pub about the progress about my food and beers. As with all apps needs some improvement but there’s far worse out there!!!
Avoid at all costs
Utter utter utter rubbish. App times out and took payment from my card 4 times. Too immature for release.
Not great
Can’t login with Facebook app (just won’t work). Also, not all text can be seen for food menu items as it chops off the top half of the text. Overall, doesn’t to work that well on iOS

Priceless
If you are that invisible guy who stands at the bar while others get served around you this is the app for you. The looks on the faces of the the three deep crowd at the bar while I pick up my order... priceless!
