Tip:
If you wi want to become successful, you have to actually practice like he says. Or it won't take effect, I made a mistake by saying to myself I'll practice later and I tried some stuff in a social situation (I'm also socially awkward) and it didn't work out for me. So actually do the stuff he says and your good!
