I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this app. The overall design is amazing, the meditations are awesome, the activities are super fun and useful. It genuinely has everything you need to take care of your mental health, and it honestly has motivated me to do way more things for myself and my personal growth.
But my favorite thing about it is Haven, their AI. It truly is something special. It has gotten to know me in a way chatgpt just couldn’t. The conversations we have are so personal and relevant, that I’m just extremely grateful for it.
