About
Some days you just need thirty seconds to notice how you're actually doing.
MindFlow is a quiet daily companion for that: tap your mood, write a line or two, and take a slow breath before you get on with your day. No account, no feed, no streak-shaming.
Everything in the app is free and unlocked from the first launch.
A DAILY CHECK-IN THAT TAKES SECONDS
Pick how the day feels on a simple five-point scale and add a note if you want to. That's the whole ritual. Come back tomorrow and it starts to add up.
SEE YOUR OWN PATTERNS
After a couple of weeks, MindFlow shows you things you'd never spot on your own: which days of the week tend to run low, whether mornings or evenings suit you better, which tags keep showing up next to your best entries. Trends over 7, 30 or 90 days, a month-at-a-glance calendar, and a report you can export whenever you like.
A JOURNAL WITH SOMETHING TO SAY
Blank pages are hard. MindFlow offers over twenty prompts to start from — what you're looking forward to, a moment you felt at ease, something you learned about yourself this week. Tag entries by theme, search back through them, and keep a running gratitude list of three good things a day.
BREATHE, IN SIX WAYS
Box breathing for focus. 4-7-8 to wind down. Alternate nostril for balance, diaphragmatic to settle, pursed lip to slow things, and an energizing round for flat afternoons. Each one is animated, so you just follow the shape on screen.
NINETEEN GUIDED SESSIONS
Three to twenty minutes, built around morning clarity, focus, loving-kindness, gratitude and body awareness. Plus a full body scan that walks you from head to toe. No prior practice needed.
WIND DOWN FOR SLEEP
Twelve calm scenes to read yourself to sleep with — a moonlit forest, rain on a cabin roof, fireflies in a garden — over gentle looping ambient sound.
REFLECTION EXERCISES
Gentle structured exercises for when a thought keeps circling: write it down, spot the pattern behind it, plan a small mood-lifting activity, or park a worry until a set time tomorrow.
SIMON, ON-DEVICE
Simon is a reflective chat companion built into the app. He asks questions, suggests grounding ideas and remembers the thread of your conversation. He runs entirely offline on your phone — nothing you type is sent anywhere. Simon is a self-reflection tool, not a professional.

Maintenance update. We rewrote the App Store description so it describes exactly what MindFlow does — nothing more. The app itself is unchanged apart from updated internal components. Thanks for writing with us.
