About

Mindful shows you a calm image with a short mindful sentence right where you already look every day: on your screen. Just add the widget, choose how often it changes, done. No goals, no daily streak to keep up, no sign-up. WHAT THE APP OFFERS - Home Screen widget in two sizes - Full-screen view in the app for a longer mindful moment - Optional reminders, off by default and at most four per day - Share image and text with one tap CUSTOMIZE - 37 nature photographs: forest, water, flowers, stone and light - Calm flat colors or your own photos as an alternative - Built-in mindful sentences, or write your own - Filter images by season and mood - Change rhythm from once to nine times a day SEVEN LANGUAGES The app and its texts are available in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch. You can switch on several languages at once, and the mindful texts are then drawn from all of them. PRIVACY No account, no ads, no tracking. Photos, sentences and settings stay on your device, and the app works completely offline. Free, with no in-app purchases.

What's New in Mindful Widget

1.4.3

October 21, 2026

Clearer Settings. - Settings now show when a new image appears and when you are reminded, and "Changes per day" shows the real number. - Seasons now sit with the images, and the app picks pictures by season the same way as the widget. - Help can now be found in Settings, too. - Based on your feedback: the widget no longer turns entirely white when the Home Screen uses the Clear or Tinted look, and shows your picture there too. Thank you for writing in!
