App Crashes
Was working great for a couple days now it crashes every time I try to open the app. Please fix! My iPhone is up to date. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Tried WiFi vs cellular. Tech guys please fix.

Subscription scam
Signed up for a 5 day trial in Dec25 , since then I have been charged three times an annual subscription of $131.88. Despite numerous emails, have received no responses. Even after a PayPal intervention, after which MindGrasp committed to rectify the issue, it continues to charge the annual subscription every month. The website states my subscription status is UNDER CANCELLATION. This is a dishonest way to get funding to keep a company afloat whose product can be easily replaced with a prompt on any of the leasing AI chats.

Slow and laggy but overall helful
I like that i can put my powerpoints and stuff in here and it finds the answers for me or helps me create nclex styled questions but it gets laggy more as i add more content if i view from my phone. Otherwise i love it

This app does help a lot with my studying but I wish it could combine all the topics of the material in one quiz, no matter of the number of questions. Also I wish it would go into more depth with the material. For example, the question “Which energy system is primarily used during low- to moderate-intensity activities?” The answer is Oxidative System but I wish it would question me about what the Oxidative System is too.
I do like that it can recognize the individual lessons in the material so I can study each one.

Infinite billing scam
I tried to cancel my account multiple times but they did not cancel the monthly payment. Their support does not reply to emails. Also, this is obsolete now that every single consumer facing AI offers a PDF parsing feature.

So let’s get one thing straight I try up for the free trial and decide I don’t like it so tell me why 9 MONTHS afterwards you decide to re subscribe me without consent and then start charging me money well jokes on you I got my money back by disputing your charges as i didn’t consent to them and have fun charging a canceled card now losers

Makes reading boring textbooks more interesting
I’m studying for a major licensing exam and have to read several 300 page books within 2 months. Getting through the reading has been challenging for me because the material is dense and is like that for the entirety of the book. It made reading feel overwhelming and sapped my motivation. My fiancé showed me this app and I gave it a try out of desperation to learn the material and get my license. I didn’t expect much of this app but have been pleasantly surprised at how well it breaks down the text into excellent notes and summaries! The information is finally presented to me in a way where I feel interested in learning the material without feeling overwhelmed with the thousands of pages of context I have to wade through. Don’t get me wrong, I still read the books, but now I can better hone in on what’s most important thanks to the help of the notes and summaries this app creates. The fact it can also make flashcards and practice problems of the material is an added bonus! I haven’t used the speech to text feature yet so I can’t give feedback on if that particular feature is helpful, but anything that can make reading my textbooks actually enjoyable is everything I could ask for right now.

Terrible customer service
As other reviewers are saying, this app has the most ragebaiting cancellation steps. Even though I did everything right and have proof, they still charged the annual fee on my card. They are NOT responsible for the poor communication and want to keep the stolen money I guess.

Total scam
Cancelled my membership more than a year ago, then suddenly trying to charge my account for the service I don’t even use. When trying to contact the CS, they asked to pay the withstanding fee. Total scam!
Unethical Cancellation
The most ridiculous cancellation process ever. It was like 6 steps with every step trying to mislead you to keeping your subscription, and at the very end the force you to fill out a form to cancel. I honestly liked the app but with how difficult they made that process is why I’m leaving a 1 star. I can’t imagine someone older who doesn’t fully understand how they are misleading and think they cancelled the subscription when in reality they were tricked into keeping it. Then a year later they are still paying something they thought they cancelled. That’s very unethical.

I signed up for a free trial in September last year and I cancelled the subscription and they’re still trying to charge me for a full years subscription even though I’ve emailed them multiple times and they reassured me that it was cancelled and my card details were removed yet they’ve attempted to charge me 3 times since then!

They came to my university and offered people $5 to try this app. What they don’t say is that you can’t cancel the subscription afterwards. You also can’t delete your account so they always have your credit card information. I only lost $7 but some people did a free trial for the yearly subscription and lost over $100.

Total scam, can’t try it without free trial, once signed up for the free trial you can’t cancel it without email communication, which they never respond too.

This product is not functional. I thought that I had cancelled a free trial but lo and behold I just got charge $131 DOLLARS for it. In the terms of service they state that they do not offer refunds, and the ONLY way to cancel is by emailing. This is really poor business conduct, especially for students. Please do not bother with it.

Since then, I’ve sent multiple emails over more than two weeks- and they’ve ignored every single one. No refund, no help, nothing. The cancellation process is confusing, customer support is non-existent, and the whole experience is exploitative, especially for students who trust services like this.
This app has been completely unhelpful to me, and the way they handle billing and support raises serious concerns. I would strongly warn others to AVOID THIS SERVICE unless you want to lose your money.

Took my money!!!
I have sent multiple requests to end my subscription. Over the past few weeks I've been getting charged for a $107.88 payment even after canceling it. I had money on my card today and $107.88 was taken from my card for the annual fee even though I have cancelled many times. I am very upset about this and would like a response from their support team since I haven't gotten one for any of my other emails but I doubt that will happen.
