Brilliant solution to a modern-day problem. This app works exactly as advertised, allowing you to scratch those urges to swipe and gesture without anesthetizing you via endless stream of content. I found myself performing my actions with intention and feeling rejuvenated at the end of my spree. I have reclaimed my life and owe it all to Mindless!
