Real Estate exam prep
I had finished my pre-licensing classes, passed my class exam and now had to get ready for state licensing. It was a daunting task to even know where to begin. I saw an ad for MindMax and figured I would give it a shot. I was blown away at how detailed and spot on this was for my state specific exam material. It explained & illustrated the math concepts even more clearly than my instructor had. Happy to say I passed my licensing exam and wish I had found this app way sooner.

Great app, but does have some bugs to fix
I’m enjoying this app immensely. However, the app does sometimes lag when moving through the lessons. I’ve had to force quit the app several times to reload, since it “sticks”, and doesn’t move to the next segment. Otherwise, I love it.

Bug in quizzes
There’s a bug in the quizzes causing the screen to rapidly and constantly flicker. It’s happening on different quizzes and different questions but not all.

A ton of Tutors (some historical and some fictional, tho the descriptions are pretty bad, you’ll have to google any you don’t know).
The free trial is a week long with 60m a day
The bad:
No way to relisten or read transcripts
Customer Service doesn’t respond…
The tutor changes when you hit a new level, and you don’t get to pick.
You can’t change your tutor at any point.
A new level loses all memory of previous level(s).
After reaching out to customer service multiple times and not receiving a response my review went from 4 stars to 1… at this price I expected decent customer service.

There’s no transcripts, I saw it somewhere but then it disappeared.
Once a lesson or chat is at the end it’s kinda deleted. You can’t re-listen to it.
Once I complete a Level 1 it auto moves to Level 2, removing all access to Level 1 minus basic quizzes. Level 2 had a different tutor and no access - or the new tutor?- to Level 1 conversations. So it’s kinda starting over…
You can’t change your tutor, you’ll have to archive that topic/path and start over.
So take notes as you go, don’t let it play to the end unless you feel complete with that lesson, and don’t expect to control which tutor you have access to.

Wow I’m Amazed
I’m actually really amazed. I can’t give a full update as I have just signed up but I rarely write reviews and this app got me to write one after just 5mins of using it. I will deff keep exploring this app, most likely will upgrade to the paid version sometime soon!
What happened?
The app used to be very interactive and ask you questions part by part. Now, the text is in long paragraphs and makes it hard to read. I will be deleting the app until this is fixed and will try to find an alternative. Very unfortunate. This app is a perfect example of, “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.”

Amazing App with One Major Progression Bug
I want to start by saying this is a genuinely great app — the content is strong, well-structured, and clearly built with a lot of thought. It’s been a really valuable experience overall.
However, there’s a major issue that keeps happening and it’s affecting usability.
When trying to progress to the next level, the app gets stuck on the “Level Completed” screen. It freezes and doesn’t allow navigation forward or to other levels. At that point, the app becomes unresponsive and you’re essentially blocked from continuing.
This isn’t a one-time glitch — it’s happening consistently, which makes it difficult to keep using the app despite how good it is.
If this bug gets fixed, the experience would be significantly better. Right now, it’s the only thing holding the app back.
Hope this can be addressed soon because the potential here is definitely there.

Most inclusive learning app
It’s not necessary to say much more than if you can think of a topic of interest or something to have taught to you, it can be done here. Choose your own adventure for learning, listening, and some interactive functionality also. Absolutely worth trying at the very least if not using frequently!
I like it.
Learning while asking questions throughout the lesson is very helpful and makes the experience more useful. I recommend it.
