I love this app. I learnt how to meditate with Mindspo 10 years ago before they made the app. Now everyday I have easy access to meditate and regulate my nervous system. This app is really easy to use and aesthetically pleasing!
AMAZING APP - especially for breathwork!
This app, specifically the breathwork is SO good!!!! It's so powerful and doesn't even take long to completely change your state. The specific music as well that accompanies the breathwork is 10/10. The 75 regulate (75 days of regulation) on the app is something that I haven't seen anyone else do and although I haven't finished the 75 days it's honestly already changing my daily life. I've tried different apps but this one hits different ♥️ - it's got everything you need and want.

Fantastic app but..
Fantastic concept but the video buffering was getting on my nerves. Trying to do somatic dance when it kept pauses to load every 30 seconds was not ideal! 😅 But if that can be fixed then will definitely be investing - love the 75 regulate section! x

I love it!
It’s aesthetically pleasing but as the same time really useful and practical. I love the meditations and the vision board feeds! I also love how easy it is to use.
The perfect manifestation tool
I started using this app a year or so ago as the free version and was already making huge shifts in my confidence and lifestyle from watching my custom manifestation movie and listening to the many meditations. I recently unlocked the pro version which comes with the new journeys section of the app. I’ve been doing the identity shift journey and have absolutely loved it. It is so easy to follow, Rochelle explains everything so well and it has very quickly got me out of the negative slump I’ve been in. Whether you can use the pro version or not I would highly recommend this app for raising your vibration and helping to shift your perspective, it’s one of my favourite parts of my daily routine!

VERY glitchy
I don’t know if it’s because I have the free version but the app is extremely glitchy when it comes to my manifestation feed. I love the app, love my personalized manifestation quotes. I just wish the feed wouldn’t freeze videos & uploading multiple or even one at a time is buggy, as well.

Frustrated
Writing this so you guys see it. I only deleted my sub because constant log outs made it too frustrating.
Might be my phone but I found having to navigate a log in (which I could only see via FB and Google today rather than my email) was too time consuming.
The content and idea is excellent.
I’ll try again with my new phone when that happens.
