UPDATE: May 9, 2026 - I am amazed the way Mindsurf can take me from an emotional mess back to normal in a matter of minutes — at the same time connecting the present-day experience to where the issue originated in childhood. I am experienced in working with childhood issues and paying attention to those connections. If you’re not, the experience may be different for you. Again, I am amazed at the gigantic leaps in healing I have experienced. And feel so relieved to have a tool that can bring me such deep insight and healing. Very grateful! ———- This is a superior therapy AI. It quickly gets to the root of things. It’s helping me a lot! It’s still in development, so sometimes it glitches — by simply cutting off the conversation — but it easily goes back to the conversation. I am expecting they’ll fine tune it soon enough. I love it. It’s helping me a lot. I have a subscription and want to continue to have it forever :-)

Unfortunately disappointing
The app is very buggy and doesn’t really work. The AI voice is very artificial. I’ll move on and try other apps.

The first time I decided to use it, I was really anxious. The mere activity of talking and having a feedback that makes sense is so helpful. Because is not like talking to a friend, is like to talking to an expert in mental health. Good job Mindsurf team!

Trate de darle seguimiento a una de las terapias digitales y se bugeo y ya no puedo continuar pues la pantalla aparece en blanco, deberían mejorar esos detalles
Muy útil
La parte de conversación abierta está genial para sacar tus pensamientos, sabiendo que no habrá un humano detrás juzgándote. Muy recomendada además por los ejercicios. Y está muy bonita!
