The platform offers online video surveys where you record responses about products, brands, services, and your lifestyle. Usually leading to the fabric app.
You get paid per video—I’ve earned $20–$50 for a 15–20 minute survey, which is definitely worth it for some extra cash.
Overall, it’s a great experience. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because getting selected for surveys can be rare. I just wish there were more opportunities available.

Have been receiving some studies and capturing a some $$ check it out!
Pretty good app
Overall, pretty good. Payments is very quick after completion, app works well, however very limited opportunities. Maybe a 3 a year at most.
Problem
The video doesn’t advance after I completed my profile. It says seconds and it’s stuck?
I can’t get a hold of support
Does anyone monitor their email? Website? Anything? My account is frozen on an upload file and I can’t even get the ghost of Christmas past to answer me

I’d recommend this service to anyone! I applied for a study and the next day I received an invite for Fabric. I literally answered 10 questions via video and submitted. Exactly 24 hours down to the second, I received a $50 deposit into my PayPal! Love Mindswarms!
Took a while
I’ve been doing the screening questions for about two years and I’m JUST now getting into an actual survey where I get paid. I honestly thought it wasn’t legit before this. Hopefully more surveys will come my way. It sucks that after two years I’ve only gotten paid once.

I've had this app since 2018
I've had this app for the past 7 years and have never got picked for a survey. It has to be impossible. how am i not eligible for any surveys?
Never got paid for survey I submitted
I had been enjoying this app and service, but a few months ago I completed a survey I was selected to do right away (submitted video responses to all of the questions), and I wasn’t paid. I wrote the email address provided to try to understand why, see if there was a technical issue receiving my responses or something similar, and I never received a response. Very disappointing.

They Don’t Payout
My client completed a gig in a timely manner and as we’ve already passed the listed time, compensation has not occurred. They seemingly got information for free. Not cool, Avoid em!💯🐍
Not paid for study
I would love to leave a positive review since I’ve done a handful of studies with them before and it was a good experience. However, I did a study months ago and have not been paid. I’ve tried reaching out a bunch of times and haven’t heard back from anyone. Looks like other people have also had the same experience. Beware!

I have been doing this for a few years and maybe got a handful, but I’m not mad at that because each time I got paid. This last time I was never paid and nobody will return my emails. It’s been a month, hand full of emails and social media emails and no response. I feel they ghosted me.
The Best!
It’s interesting how there’s a myriad of layers involved in user experience paneling. Mindswarms exudes a synergy of worthwhile brands, superb questions, & more times than not, the most congenial payout process I’ve been blessed to interact with. I’d give them a definitive 5 ⭐️rating.
Definitely a change
A while back, this app was difficult to be selected for missions, but I really got one and received my pay. Thank You for keeping your word after I completed the mission.
Disappointed.
I have been disappointed with Mindswarms since the end of last year. I have not been paid for the completion of 2 different studies. One was months ago and the second one was actually this month. I have reached out to support each of these times, and I received no response. I thought that I at least would’ve gotten a response back as to why I haven’t gotten paid since unexpected circumstances could happen, but I didn’t even get that. Just very disappointed since before any of this happened, I actually had no problems at all with the studies.
