Different approach in a good way

I really like how this system works. Instead of focusing on streaks and making you feel guilty if you mess up, it actually helps you understand your thought patterns. The vine graphics are a nice touch too, it’s cool seeing it grow as you make progress. I also like being able to set up a plan for next time using the shields. that part has been especially helpful for me.

It really does help me stop my unwanted thoughts!

This app really is wonderful! My guilty pleasures are shopping and sugar and I feel like I am now in more control over my urges since I have been able to track my progress. My shopping has been greatly reduced and sugar consumption as well. I love how there’s really no negativity or shaming anywhere and really helps me stop these unwanted thoughts. Get this app, you won’t be sorry!

Cool app

I like that this focuses on the positive! I can see this being helpful for the doom scrolling habit lol

Wonderful app

a really great app that I love the method behind. It’s a great method for building lasting change.

Small wins toward victory over habits

MindVines has helped me slow down and catch myself before falling into habits I’m trying to change.

It doesn’t feel harsh or judgmental, it’s more about growing over time and making small wins count. Really unique and refreshing.
